Please read carefully. Don't ignore it. These rules are made to prevent spam and misuse of our services. If you are a genuine client, don't worry—we always support good clients and provide 24x7 support.

Prohibited Activities

We do not allow the following activities:

• IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network
• Autobot websites
• BitTorrent applications or torrent files
• Gaming servers (like Counter-Strike, Half-Life, Battlefield 1942, etc.)
• Phishing, fraud, or any fraudulent activity
• Pornographic or adult (18+) content

Technical Support

We provide 24x7 technical support only for hosting-related issues. If you download a script and it doesn't work, we will check if the issue is related to our hosting or the script itself.

If it's a hosting issue, we aim to resolve it within 30 minutes. Other issues will be addressed within 24 hours, depending on complexity. Premium support via AnyDesk is available but does not include developer support.

Viruses And Other Destructive Activities

If a virus is found in your cPanel account, your website/account will be suspended. You must contact the URL Host team for resolution.

Refund Policy

We provide a 15-day credit back guarantee (5-day refund policy) on all web hosting packages, subject to these conditions:

• Only one refund per customer (multiple services do not qualify).
• No refunds for accounts closed due to TOS violations.
• Upgrades or downgrades of existing products are non-refundable.
• Domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees are non-refundable.
• If a new product is ordered after an existing one, only a 10-day credit back guarantee applies.
• No refunds for installation fees, VPS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, domain privacy, or custom software installs.
• No refunds if no issue is found from our side.
• No refunds for accounts suspended or terminated due to Email Marketing, Movie Websites, Email Abuse, Misuse of Services, or Illegal Activities.
